Screen Printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the garment. Each individual color is applied using its own screen, one at a time. Layering each color to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.

The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than in digital printing, which results in brighter colors, even on darker shirts. Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, or for quantities greater than 12 pieces.

Embroidery involves sewing thread on to a garment to create a design. This technique is a great way to create a long lasting, high quality product. Sewing a design on your garment will also create a unique texture and look. Some of the popular products used in custom embroidery are:  Polo’s, Hats, Sweatshirts, Bags, and Towels.
